Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Planner / Scheduler in the Indianapolis area to support internal PM/CMs and Life Sciences clients. You will analyze CPM schedules, communicate conflicts, and propose schedule improvements across Engineering, Procurement and Construction tasks.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Planning/Scheduling on EPCM projects, strong Primavera P6 experience, and the ability to coordinate with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of Planning / Scheduling experience on EPCM projects.
• Experience working with Primavera P6 scheduling tool and Schedule Analysis.
• Ability to communicate with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, engineers, contractors.

Responsibilities

• Build a fully integrated EPCM schedule using CPM methodology from project documents.
• Lead schedule update and review sessions with internal teams.
• Ensure integrity of schedule inputs during updates and look-ahead planning.
