• Expertise in planning/scheduling and project cost control.
• Experience with project control software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls function and ensure integrity of cost, schedule, and risk management.
• Establish project controls framework prior to construction scale-up.
• Govern risk management and formal change control.
