Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager in Tulsa to lead substation and transmission projects from award through commissioning. You will oversee safety, schedule, budget, contracts, and client relationships across multiple teams.

The role requires 5+ years in construction project management for utility infrastructure, EPC experience, and proficiency with Primavera P6; CAPM certification is a plus and you will coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

5+ years of construction project management experience in utility infrastructure.
Experience managing EPC substations and transmission projects.
Proficient with Primavera P6.
CAPM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead EPC projects from award through execution, commissioning, and closeout.
Develop and manage execution plans, budgets, forecasts, schedules, resources, and KPIs.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities across teams and vendors.
Serve as primary client contact, maintaining relationships and leading reviews.
Maintain responsibility for financial performance, including cost control and invoicing.
Manage contracts, POs, change orders, and ensure contractual compliance.
Develop integrated CPM schedules covering all project phases.
Monitor procurement and delivery of critical equipment.
Oversee subcontractor performance, site logistics, and outages.
Ensure safety compliance and conduct investigations as needed.
Identify and mitigate risks with recovery/contingency plans.
