Job summary

Pmaconsultants is seeking a Progress & EVM Lead to provide technical leadership on scheduling, EVM, and CPM across large capital programs. You will validate progress, develop resource-loaded schedules in Primavera P6, and deliver forecasting and performance reporting to project leadership.

The role requires advanced CPM, EVM, and data analytics skills, with experience on mega projects in industrial or EPC sectors, and strong collaboration with EPC contractors and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced scheduling and project controls experience on large-scale industrial or capital projects.
• Experience with Primavera P6, CPM, and EVM.
• Strong ability to develop WBS, activity coding, and schedules with Rules of Credit.
• Ability to perform schedule forensics and forecast analyses.
• Experience reviewing contractor schedules and progress for performance reporting.
• PMI certifications or related project controls credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and analyze resource-loaded schedules using Primavera P6 for mega-projects.
• Lead baseline establishment, progress measurement, and EVM-aligned controls.
• Define and maintain WBS, activity coding, and progress systems.
• Review contractor schedules, loading, logic, and schedule maturity for compliance.
• Perform schedule forensics, trend analysis, and what-if scenarios.
• Validate physical progress, earned value, and baseline alignment.
• Analyze SPI, LPI, productivity trends, and forecast curves.
• Integrate project controls data across scheduling, cost, procurement, and reporting.
• Create executive-level schedule reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Collaborate with EPC contractors and cross-functional teams on reporting processes.
• Provide mentorship to schedulers and support continuous improvement.
• Support claims analysis and delay evaluations as needed.
