Job summary

PowerSecure is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the installation of DI equipment, ensuring safety, on-time performance, and adherence to budget and specifications. The role covers project initiation, procurement oversight, budget control, scheduling, and closeout.

The position requires coordination with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams, plus effective communication with stakeholders to maintain high quality and customer service.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Construction Management with 4+ years in the industry (or 8+ years with HS diploma).
• Experience reading and interpreting construction documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using standard office software and computers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and healthy work sites by following company standards and legal requirements.
• Coordinate and lead Initial Project Meetings (IPM).
• Contract review, price assessment, budget development, and schedule creation.
• Facilitate Production/Procurement release for manufacturing.
• Coordinate and lead meetings with customers, utilities, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage installation with a focus on safety, timeliness, and budget.
• Coordinate with parties for timely project execution.
• Communicate with Senior Staff to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget installations.
