Job summary

PowerSecure, a Southern Company subsidiary, is seeking a Project Manager to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget installation of DI equipment. You will drive project initiation, budget/schedule control, and closeout while coordinating with customers, utilities, and subcontractors.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and experience managing construction projects across teams. Travel and site visits are expected as part of delivering the project.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar with 4+ years in the industry.
• Alternative: HS diploma with 8+ years in construction or energy industries.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and healthy work sites in accordance with company standards and legal requirements.
• Coordinate and lead Initial Project Meetings (IPM).
• Develop and manage budget, project schedule, and implementation plan.
• Oversee Production/Procurement releases for manufacturing.
• Lead project meetings with customers, utilities, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely, safe, and on-budget project installation.
