Job summary

PowerSecure, Inc. in Austin, TX seeks a Project Manager to oversee DI equipment installations, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance. You will lead project initiation, procurement oversight, and closeout, coordinating with contractors and internal teams.

The role requires a technical background in engineering or construction, 4+ years in the industry, and strong communication. CAPM/PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar; 4+ years in the industry.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 8+ years in construction or energy industries.
• Strong English communication and ability to read construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, on-time, on-budget project execution.
• Lead Initial Project Meetings (IPM) and stakeholder coordination.
• Support budget development, schedule creation, and procurement release.
• Communicate with Senior Staff to ensure project success.
