Job summary

PowerSecure is seeking a Project Manager to ensure installation of DI equipment is completed safely, on time, on budget, and to specification. The role covers project initiation, production/procurement oversight, budget and schedule control, and project closeout.

Minimum qualifications include a BS in Engineering/Construction Management or 8+ years in construction/energy with strong English communication. CAPM/PMP preferred. Travel up to 50%+ is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in construction or energy industries if no degree.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Experience with General Contractors and subcontractors.
• CAPM or PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in computers and standard office software.
• Ability to read construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and healthy work sites per standards and legal requirements.
• Coordinate and lead Initial Project Meetings (IPM).
• Manage contract review, pricing, budget development, schedule creation, and implementation plan.
• Facilitate Production/Procurement Releases for manufacturing.
• Lead project meetings with customers, utilities, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Understand all aspects of the project and manage installation accordingly.
• Coordinate with parties for timely project schedule execution.
• Communicate with Senior Staff to ensure safety, timeliness, and budget.
