Job summary

PowerSecure, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to ensure safe, timely, and budget-compliant installation of DI equipment. You will oversee project initiation, procurement, budget and schedule control, and closeout, coordinating with customers and subcontractors.

The role requires leadership of Construction Managers and subcontractors, with travel 50%+ and strong communication skills to drive project success.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management or similar with 4+ years in the field; or HS diploma with 8+ years in construction/energy.
• Strong English communication and ability to read construction documents.
• Experience with General Contractors and subcontractors; supervises CM, subs, and internal staff.
• CAPM or PMP is preferred but not required; proficient with standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, on-time, on-budget project execution per specs.
• Lead IPMs; manage contract reviews, pricing, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate production/procurement and manufacturing releases.
• Hold project meetings with customers, utilities, and subs.
• Ensure timely installation and effective communication with senior staff.
