Job summary

FTI is seeking an EPC Preconstruction Manager to lead cross-functional teams and serve as the main contact during preconstruction phases. The successful candidate will manage design activities, liaise with clients and oversee project schedules.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management and at least 10 years of relevant experience. Full benefits coverage is provided for regular full-time positions.

Qualifications

• 10 years of design-build or EPC construction leadership experience.
• Strong emphasis on MEP coordination.
• Ability to oversee engineering design schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in preconstruction and planning.

• Support development of project proposals and contracts.
