GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive partnership activities for complex turnkey (TK) deals in the U.S. market.

You will collaborate with regional sales/commercial teams, EPC strategic accounts, and Technical Integration to coordinate from pre-ITO stages (R0-R3) and beyond. The role emphasizes optimizing capacity, expanding EPC networks, and guiding cross-functional execution teams. You will forecast demand with commercial and project teams, keep the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalence with +5 years of experience in Heavy Duty Gas Turbines & EPCs.
• Min. 5 years of professional experience in driving complex projects and programs or operational management within the Heavy Duty Power Industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GE Vernova commercial, project execution, and other teams to forecast near-term and long-term project HDNU volume in the Americas Pole, with more focus on the US.
• Maintain, update, and calibrate the annual U.S. EPC capacity model to align with market conditions.
• Engage with EPCs to assess readiness, capacity constraints, and execution capabilities.
• Identify strategies to overcome capacity limitations and improve project delivery readiness.
• Develop and execute a plan to expand GE Vernova’s network of ready-to-execute EPC partners.
• Partner with Sales and Project Management to track EPC assignments from ITO to OTR.
• Support customers in identifying and securing suitable EPCs for projects.
• Collect data & provide leadership with EPC market insights to support planning and growth.
