Job summary

The Global Edge Consultants is hiring a Logistics Coordinator II to manage on-site EPC logistics and materials management for projects in Houston, TX. You will interface with Logistics leadership, EPC contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth material movement and supply chain integration.

The role requires mid-level experience in logistics, freight execution, and procurement, with strong Excel and SAP skills, and a willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Mid-level experience in logistics planning, freight execution, materials handling, procurement, and EPC/construction site operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, monitor, and track internal and external freight shipments to ensure on-time delivery to project sites.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between project logistics leadership, EPC contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Maintain accurate tracking of material movements, orders, and delivery schedules in enterprise logistics and inventory systems.
• Promptly address and resolve inquiries from internal project stakeholders, external vendors, and key operational clients.
• Actively participate in project planning, material readiness, and prioritization meetings with key stakeholders and project leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive logistics logs, shipping manifests, customs/compliance documentation, and operational reports.
