Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Management team with safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders on proposals, contracts, and changes.
• Support development of the Project Execution Plan, QA Plan, Safety/Health plan, and Procurement Plan.
• Assist with jobsite setup, mobilization, and permits as needed.
• Administer RFPs, bid evaluations, and scope of work documents for downstream contracts.
• Assist with contract administration, RFIs, submittals, change management, and claims mitigation.
• Support project controls including cost reporting, scheduling, WBS, and progress tracking.
• Develop internal/external reports including budgets, cash flow forecasts, and status reports.
