Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Or applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
• Knowledge of document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support safety, quality, schedule, and cost control administration for EPC projects.
• Interface with clients for proposals, project items, and turnover.
• Assist in developing and implementing project plans (execution, QA, safety, procurement).
• Coordinate hiring and onboarding of craft/field supervision and staffing on projects.
• Assist with RFP package development, bid processes, and scope of work documents for downstream contracts.
• Support project controls: cost reporting, scheduling, WBS, progress tracking.
