Job summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Construction Coordinator to support EPC and construction management activities across diverse projects in aviation, commercial, and energy sectors.

You will assist with safety, quality, scheduling, cost control, contracts, and vendor coordination while interfacing with clients to advance proposals and project execution. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in construction management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in document control, scheduling, cost control, and PM software preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle large volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, and procurement.
• Interface with client on proposals and project items.
• Support project execution plans, QA, safety, and subcontracting plans.
• Assist with RFPs, bid packages, and scope development for downstream contracts.
• Administer RFIs, submittals, change management, and claims mitigation.
• Maintain project documentation and filing systems.
