Quanta Government Solutions is seeking a Project Manager I or II to lead design-build and EPC projects from planning through completion at our Amarillo, TX office. You will oversee engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction teams, manage contracts and field operations, and ensure safety, quality, and on-schedule delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of DB/EPC project management experience, with power delivery experience highly desirable.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of construction project management experience with DB or EPC exposure.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in power delivery or transmission/substations desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead integrated Design-Build (DB) and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) teams from project kickoff through closeout.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, scheduling, estimating, and construction activities to meet project goals for safety, quality, budget, and schedule.
• Manage prime contracts, construction subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and project closeout.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, maintaining strong communication, stakeholder alignment, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports; communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement planning, subcontractor and supplier scopes, bidding, pricing, schedules, invoices, submittals, and purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with project-specific safety, quality assurance, quality control, and environmental requirements.
• Manage Requests for Information (RFIs), constructability reviews, value engineering, and dispute resolution.
• Oversee project changes, Schedule of Values, progress billing, payment tracking, warranty administration, and post-construction cost reviews.
• Build strong working relationships with customers, engineering teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Mentor junior team members and follow established company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
