Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group in Houston seeks a Cost Specialist to join the Project Controls team. You will monitor financial performance across EPC projects, develop budgets, track costs, and provide forecasts.

Travel up to 15% supports large-scale energy infrastructure programs across North America. Your focus includes EAC/ETC development and applying cost-control best practices with tools like JDE, EcoSys, Procore, Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in cost management and project controls.
• Experience forecasting, cost control, change management and risk analysis.
• Able to translate complex financials into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and control project costs for EPC energy and utility infrastructure projects.
• Monitor budgets, actual costs, forecasts and cost trends.
• Develop Estimates at Completion (EAC) and Estimates to Complete (ETC).
• Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) to evaluate performance and variances.
• Prepare cost reports, dashboards, and forecasts for leadership.
