Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is actively seeking a Contracts Manager for EPC projects in the USA. The role focuses on reviewing and managing contracts across large-scale power generation initiatives, with remote options and international collaboration.

You will support claims defense, delays, and change orders, while coordinating with engineering, finance, and project teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Legal Studies (Engineering preferred).
• Experience in contract management on large EPC or Power Generation projects.
• Experience with claims and warranty.
• Strong communication and ability to work across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage multiple contracts across large-scale power generation projects.
• Support project teams on claims defense, delays, and change orders.
• Coordinate with engineering, finance, and project teams on compliance and risks.
• Draft and manage project correspondence, impact logs, and claims documentation.
