Job summary

SCCS International is seeking a Contracts Management Lead for manufacturing facilities construction to oversee EPC, EPCM and design-build contracts for a major client’s global real estate development programs.

You will drive compliance with contract terms, manage risk, and align project execution with contractual obligations, lead the contract management team, and oversee GMP agreements and subcontract oversight across large-scale industrial projects in the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in EPC contract management on large-scale industrial or manufacturing projects.
• Experience managing contracts exceeding $500 million in value.
• Experience negotiating guaranteed maximum price (GMP) agreements.
• Experience leading contract management teams.
• Familiarity with United States construction law, regulation and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, review and execution of EPC, EPCM and design-build contracts.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Lead contract management team and set processes for subcontract oversight and compliance monitoring.
• Negotiate GMP agreements and manage all commercial aspects of delivery and subcontractors.
