Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of contract administration experience.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR and contracts with Federal agencies.
• Degree in Commerce, Administration, Engineering, law or related field.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex supply and purchase agreements.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead tendering team in preparing proposals and negotiating contracts with customers.
• Provide contractual advice for risks and commercial topics during tendering and negotiation.
• Support, participate and lead negotiations with customers on major projects.
