Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction management experience.
• Strong EPC background in power delivery (T&D, substations, or BESS).
• Based in Texas with hands-on field ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own field execution on T&D, substation, or BESS scopes from mobilization through energisation and closeout.
• Own schedule, cost, crew and subcontractor performance, and safety on a multi-billion-dollar program.
• Direct interface with utility/developer client representatives and engineering as a client-facing operations leader.
• Manage and develop superintendents and field supervision underneath you.
• Track record managing crews, subcontractors, and client relationships on multi-million-dollar utility-scale programs.
