Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field; equivalent work experience, or combination of work and education, may be substituted
• 2+ years of construction project experience, including planning and management: eng., estimating, bidding, purchase orders, subcontracts, scheduling, cost control, document control, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities during development and execution phases
• Develops initial project schedule with cross‑functional teams
• Participates in value engineering and constructability reviews
• Works with procurement to develop subcontractor and vendor scopes of work and schedule exhibits
• Supports safety planning and incident reporting with Safety personnel
• Prepares monthly project review reports for PM and Senior Management
• Performs financial reviews and project closeouts on a monthly basis
• Assists with RFI submittals using QISG’s document management system
• Provides feedback to improve quality of technical, commercial, and administrative deliverables
• Assists in procurement of purchase orders and subcontract packages
• Monitors design, procurement, and construction progress
• Facilitates project close‑out and warranty administration
• Performs post-construction cost reviews and lessons learned
• Acts as PM when qualified and requested by PM/Operations Director
• Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures
