Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I to support the Project Manager on multiple EPC projects in the energy sector. You will coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities during development and execution phases.

The role requires 2+ years of construction project experience and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Travel up to 50% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• 2+ years of construction project experience, including planning, management, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and subcontracts.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities during development and execution phase(s).
• Assists PM in developing the initial project schedule with cross-discipline teams.
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Develop subcontractor and vendor scopes of work and schedules exhibits for contracts review by PM.
• Collaborate with Safety on project safety plan, incident reporting, and investigations.
• Assist PM with monthly schedule updates and project review reports.
• Support financial reviews and monthly closeouts.
• Assist with RFI submittals using QISG document management system.
• Provide feedback to improve technical, commercial, and administrative deliverables.
• Assist in procurement of purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Monitor design, procurement, and construction progress.
• Facilitate project close-out and warranty administration.
• Perform post-construction cost reviews and lessons learned.
