Job summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Field Construction Coordinator to support EPC project execution across industries, including aviation, commercial buildings, and power. The role emphasizes safety, quality, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and field activities in a dynamic environment.

Based in Morristown, NJ, you will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success and timely turnover, while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering or a related field required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to handle large volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, and procurement.
• Interface with clients on proposals and project items.
• Support development and implementation of project plans and QA programs.
• Coordinate RFPs, bid processes, and scope of work documentation.
• Assist with invoicing, reporting, and field progress tracking.
• Ensure filing systems and turnover documentation are organized.
