• Ability to manage multiple work orders and priorities.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and resolve issues with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and building components.
• Address unsafe conditions quickly and safely.
• Support asset preservation by monitoring building and security systems.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and building systems.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and spare parts for timely work orders.
• Respond to on-call rotations and emergencies; assist residents and property needs.
• Document completed work and report recurring issues to supervisor.
