Job summary

Weinstein Properties is seeking a skilled EPA-certified Maintenance Technician to join our Kings Crossing team in Richmond, VA. This full-time role offers stable, long-term work with a well-maintained community, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

You will complete work orders, assist with apartment turns, and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry while maintaining the community's appearance and safety. On-call rotation is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs and working indoors/outdoors.
• Strong customer service and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments.
• Assist with apartment turns and make-readies.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items.
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly.
