Weinstein Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician - EPA Certified to join our team in Richmond, VA. This full-time role involves completing work orders in occupied and vacant apartments, assisting with turns, and diagnosing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items.

You will work with a supportive maintenance team, participate in an on-call rotation, and benefit from competitive pay, PTO, 401(k) matching, and an EPA certification requirement.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) is required.
• At least 3 years of apartment/residential maintenance experience.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work.
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments.
• Assist with apartment turns and make-readies.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items.
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly.
