You’ll handle work orders in occupied apartments, assist with turns, and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry. EPA Certification and 3+ years of residential maintenance experience are required, plus a customer‑driven, team‑oriented

Qualifications

• 3+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification Type II or Universal.
• Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair.
• Strong customer-service mindset and pride in your work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments.
• Assist with apartment turns and make-readies.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry.
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly.
