Earn $20/hour with on-call pay, holiday bonuses, PTO, and a 401(k) match. EPA Type II or Universal certification and 3+ years of apartment maintenance are required to ensure top-quality service to residents and the property team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal).
• Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments.
• Assist with apartment turns and make-readies.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items.
• Maintain overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly.
