Job summary

Abbott in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a Production Supervisor in the Electrophysiology (EP) business. You will lead day-to-day operations in a production area, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.

The role requires at least 5 years of manufacturing experience, strong people-management skills, and the ability to work on cross-functional teams. Weekend shift Friday–Sunday, 5am–5pm, with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associates' or Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Manufacturing and/or operational experience.
• Ability to mentor staff and work cross-functionally; knowledge of GMP and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide team leadership for assigned production area or work group.
• Develop and implement production process excellence activities; drive continuous improvement.
• Report on team accomplishments and productivity to management.
• Identify and address training needs for staff.
• Implement and maintain the Quality System.
• Ensure compliance with EHS policies and procedures.
