Job summary

Sharp HealthCare is seeking an Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist to support Cath Lab procedures and patient care in a fast-paced environment in San Diego. Responsibilities include assisting cardiologists with EP, ablation, and transseptal procedures, and ensuring safety and accurate documentation.

The candidate will need an Associate's Degree or higher, at least 2 years of invasive CV tech experience, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of formal invasive cardiovascular technology program.
• Associate's Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist with electrophysiology.
• Experience with EP, ablation, and transseptal procedure preparation including equipment and supplies.
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with performing Cath Lab procedures and support cardiologists as needed.
• Provide patient care before and after procedures and educate patients and families.
• Monitor patient status, document events accurately, and ensure safety during all interventions.
