Next Move Healthcare in Naples, FL is seeking an experienced Invasive Cardiovascular Technology Specialist (Cath Lab Tech) to join our hospital-based cardiovascular services team. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of invasive cardiovascular technology experience.
• Cath Lab and EP hands-on experience required.
• RCIS or ARRT qualification required.
• BLS and ALS certifications required; ALS within one year of hire.
• Florida CRT licensure if Radiologic Tech pathway followed.
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and radiation safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in invasive cardiovascular procedures in scrub and monitoring roles.
• Prepare equipment and monitor patient during procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and manage devices.
• Ensure accurate documentation and ACC/CathPCI registries as required.
• Monitor radiation safety and patient condition during procedures.
• Provide coverage at the Downtown Campus when needed and participate in on-call.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, EPs, nurses and staff to ensure patient safety and efficiency.
