Job summary

Emplify Health in La Crosse, WI is seeking an Invasive Cardiac Technologist - EP to join a fast-paced lab team. You will assist with EP studies, ablations, and device implants, supporting physicians and nurses to deliver advanced cardiovascular care.

The role emphasizes teamwork, patient safety, and accurate documentation. A diploma/associate program in cardiovascular tech or related field is required, with ACLS within three months of hire and BLS active.

Qualifications

• Completion of a diploma or associate-level health science program in cardiovascular technology, ultrasound, radiologic technology, or related field.
• One year of direct patient care experience in a healthcare-related field.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers through the AHA or Red Cross.
• ACLS certification required within three months of hire.
• RCIS, RCES, ARRT, CST or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in electrophysiology studies, ablations, and device implants with mapping.
• Scrub for procedures and prepare lab equipment and devices.
• Operate fluoroscopy, hemodynamic monitoring, and 3D mapping systems.
• Maintain patient safety, document procedures, and follow protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and techs in a team-based environment.
