Job summary

Ochsner Clinic Foundation seeks an experienced Electrophysiology Lab Technologist to support the EP suite operations. You will assist physicians with EP studies, device implantations, and ablations, handle EP equipment, and monitor patient vitals throughout procedures.

The role requires an associate degree in radiologic sciences, ARRT registration, BLS/ACLS, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in radiologic sciences.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• ARRT registration and state licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in EP procedures and patient setup/prep.
• Operate EP equipment and fluoroscopy to obtain diagnostic images.
• Monitor patient vitals and ensure radiation safety during procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and assist with implantation of cardiac devices.
• Comply with radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements.
