Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and BLS/ACLS certifications required.
• RN license if applicable in the state.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and coordinates EP lab operations for three to four rooms.
• Develops systems to monitor quality, safety and care.
• Plans and implements changes to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Leads team, delegates, and ensures accountability for outcomes.
• Participates in budgeting, capital equipment planning, and policy development.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and coordinates with Clinical Engineering.
