Job summary

Advocate Health’s Carolinas Medical Center EP Lab in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced RN to deliver and coordinate comprehensive patient care for elective and emergent rhythm-management procedures, including ablations and device implants. You’ll perform roles in recording, circulating, and scrubbing, with a focus on patient safety and quality care.

Current BLS/ACLS, 1–2 years ICU or acute-care experience, and strong rhythm knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac arrhythmias and rhythm interpretation.
• 1–2 years of ICU, cardiac, ED, or other acute-care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Lead clinical decision making and maintain patient safety in a fast-paced EP lab.
