Job summary

Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced RN for the Electrophysiology (EP) Lab. The role involves multi-functional duties including recording, circulating, and scrubbing procedures, with a focus on delivering safe, high-quality cardiac care.

Shifts are 10 hours, typically 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with 3-4 late shifts every 6 weeks. A sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac arrhythmias, rhythm interpretation, and treatment modalities.
• 1-2 years of ICU, cardiac, Emergency Department, or other relevant acute-care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
