Job summary
Del Sol Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator Special Procedures to oversee daily operations of the EP/Biplane Lab, Cath Lab and Hybrid OR. The role includes supervising staff, providing direct patient care and collaborating with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.
The coordinator works with leadership on budget planning and clinical operations, and supports nursing leadership across the unit, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in specialty.
- Supervisory experience required.
- BCLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- RCIS preferred.
- Bachelor degree in a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of EP/Biplane Lab/Cath Lab/Hybrid OR and supervise personnel.
- Provide direct patient care and collaborate with the health care delivery team.
- Assess quality of patient care services with the management team.
- Assist Director with budgetary and strategic planning opportunities.
- Provide nursing leadership and oversee clinical operations of the departments.
