Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold Board Certification in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology, be eligible for medical licensure in the state, and foster a collegial, high-performing team

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Eligible for medical license in the practicing state.
• Eligible for and able to obtain medical staff privileges within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for electrophysiology services and broader cardiology operations.
• Collaborate with administration on EP service scope, growth, and equipment planning.
• Maintain referral relationships with cardiologists, primary care physicians, and regional partners.
• Work with clinical team to establish and monitor quality metrics and patient outcomes.
• Address clinical and operational issues affecting medical staff.
• Foster a collegial, high-performing clinical environment.
