CaduceusMedicalRecruitment is seeking an Electrophysiology Cardiologist to lead a multidisciplinary cardiology clinic, combining advanced EP practice with physician leadership in a patient-centered environment.

The Medical Director will oversee clinical standards, protocol development, and performance improvement while collaborating with administration to expand EP services and ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Eligible for state medical licensure.
• Eligible for privileges within the organization.

Responsabilités

• Provide physician leadership across EP services and broader cardiology operations.
• Collaborate with administration on scope and growth of EP services.
• Equipment planning (mapping systems, devices, lab needs) and workflow optimization.
• Maintain referral relationships with cardiologists, PCPs, and regional partners.
• Monitor quality metrics and patient outcomes with the clinical team.
• Foster a collegial, high-performing clinical environment.
