The Medical Director will guide clinical standards, protocols, and performance improvements while coordinating operational oversight and EP service growth in partnership with the administrative team.

Qualifications

• Board certification/eligibility in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology required or imminent.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of practice.
• Able to obtain medical staff privileges within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician leadership across clinic operations and EP services.
• Collaborate with administration on EP service scope, growth, and lab needs.
• Maintain clinical standards, protocols, and performance via quality improvement.
• Establish referral relationships with cardiologists and PCPs.
• Lead quality metrics and patient outcomes tracking.
• Foster a collegial, high-performing clinical environment.
