Job summary

Nortek Data Center Cooling seeks an End-of-Line Test Manager to lead EOL testing across our manufacturing network with precision and alignment to engineering intent and quality standards.

You will partner with engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams, review test patterns, validate instrumentation, and drive continuous improvement of measurement systems while supporting new product builds and customer-specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in controls engineering, automated testing, quality engineering, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of sensors, instrumentation, PLC logic, and automated test systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• EOL test patterns, sequences, and measurement logic across all Nortek DCC facilities.
• Ensure test workflows are repeatable and aligned with engineering specifications and customer commitments.
• Communicate findings, risks, and improvements to engineering, production, and quality leadership.
• Maintain logs of test setups, deviations, and results for full traceability.
• Audit EOL test stations, workflows, and measurement integrity during new product builds.
