Job summary

Nortek Data Center Cooling is seeking a Manager – End-of-Line (EOL) Quality Systems to ensure EOL testing across our manufacturing network is precise, repeatable, and aligned with engineering intent, customer requirements, and quality standards.

The role serves as the technical and quality interface among engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams—driving consistency in validation before shipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in controls engineering, automated testing, quality engineering, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of sensors, instrumentation, PLC logic, and automated test systems.
• Ability to travel 40–60% to Nortek DCC plants.
• Clear, professional communication across engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and improve EOL test patterns, sequences, and measurement logic across all Nortek DCC facilities.
• Ensure test workflows are consistent, repeatable, and aligned with engineering specifications and customer commitments.
• Communicate test findings, risks, and improvement opportunities to engineering, production, and quality leadership.
• Support creation, revision, and control of EOL test SOPs, work instructions, and measurement documentation.
• Maintain logs of test setups, instrumentation, deviations, and results for full traceability.
