Job summary

Nortek Data Center Cooling, LLC is seeking a Manager – End-of-Line Quality Systems to lead the standardization and reliability of EOL testing across our manufacturing network. The role interfaces with engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure tests align with engineering intent and customer requirements, while maintaining rigorous documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in controls engineering, automated testing, quality engineering, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of sensors, instrumentation, PLC logic, and automated test systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and improve EOL test patterns, sequences, and measurement logic across all Nortek DCC facilities.
• Ensure test workflows are consistent, repeatable, and aligned with engineering specifications and customer commitments.
• Communicate test findings, risks, and improvement opportunities to engineering, production, and quality leadership.
• Maintain logs of test setups, instrumentation, deviations, and results for full traceability.
• Travel to Nortek DCC plants to audit EOL test stations, operator workflows, and measurement integrity.
