Verde Law, PLLC is a fast-growing bilingual immigration and personal injury law firm headquartered in Miami and serving clients across all 50 states. Our immigration practice is centered on removal defense before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) — asylum, bond, Cuban Adjustment Act, cancellation of removal, and appeals — alongside affirmative filings with USCIS.
You will be managing our immigration court cases — preparing removal defense matters from case setup through the individual hearing. You will work directly with our attorneys and a supervising paralegal on a docket where the stakes are a person's ability to remain in the United States. This role is built for someone who has real EOIR experience, treats court dates as sacred, and takes pride in filings that are complete, organized, and on time.
