Salt Lake Community College (SLCC) seeks an Investigator in the EO/Title IX Office to conduct investigations into discrimination and harassment, interview parties and witnesses, and prepare findings under applicable laws and policies.

The role also includes drafting timely reports for legal review, designing training programs for faculty, staff, and students, and providing case status updates while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree at time of hire required.
• Two to five years of directly related full-time work experience.

Responsabilités

• Investigate complaints of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation by interviewing relevant parties and witnesses.
• Review documents submitted by the parties and witnesses.
• Prepare reports consisting of concise decisions based upon facts, interpretations of law, and compliance with state and federal standards for legal review.
• Design and facilitate ongoing training, consultation, and technical assistance for faculty, staff, and students.
• Provide ongoing communication for parties regarding case status and respond to questions about investigations; testify in Title IX hearings.
