Job summary

TriSearch seeks a General Manager to lead the Ontario, CA sterilization facility. You will set strategic direction, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and shepherd cross-functional teams through a complex regulatory landscape.

The role requires 10+ years of manufacturing leadership, strong people management, and a data-driven approach. EO sterilization experience is valuable, with the ability to foster ownership and continuous improvement across shifts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing/regulated environments.
• 5+ years of management leading multiple functions.
• Experience at senior site leadership level preferred.
• Strong people-management skills and culture-building ability.
• Data-driven operating approach with sound judgment.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Kaizen, or equivalent.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, operating metrics, and P&L familiarity.
• Experience in medical devices/pharma/healthcare regulated manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA a plus.
• Direct Ethylene Oxide (EO) or sterilization experience is desirable but not required.
• Demonstrates integrity, resilience, ownership, and solid decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Ontario facility.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Operations, Maintenance, Quality, EHS/Safety, Logistics, Customer Service, and Training.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, capacity, and delivery performance.
• Develop and coach managers; build a high-performing, engaged culture.
• Be a visible, hands-on leader across shifts and maintain relationships with employees.
• Address employee-relations matters with HR escalation when needed.
• Oversee budgets, labor, operating expenses, capex, and P&L performance.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Kaizen, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Ensure FDA/OSHA/regulatory compliance and quality system adherence.
• Maintain relationships with customers and resolve escalated issues.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leaders across functions.
• Support staffing, capacity, capital investment, and long-term growth planning.
• Maintain leadership presence in a 24/7 operating environment.
