Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) from an ABET-accredited institution, Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, or related field.
• Proficiency with Python and common scientific libraries (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, scikit-image, statsmodels, matplotlib, seaborn, plotly).
• Exposure to machine learning or statistical data analysis methods.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate findings clearly in a cross-disciplinary team.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to maintain Final Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python-based analysis scripts for qualitative and quantitative EO/IR sensor analysis and data products.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights; create visualizations to communicate findings.
• Assist with data collection, test events, pre-test planning, on-site support, and post-test data cleaning.
• Implement industry-standard and custom metrics to evaluate EO/IR system and algorithm performance.
• Document analysis methodologies and findings; support synthetic data generation validation.
