Job summary

Envista is seeking an ITSM & Integration Lead to partner with senior leadership in defining the enterprise ITSM platform strategy and governance. The role drives cross-functional workflows, platform optimization, and an employee-centric experience across support channels.

You will lead the adoption of ITIL/ITSM/SIAM, establish KPIs, and deliver executive dashboards to improve service performance and employee satisfaction. On-site presence is required four days per week in CA.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
  • 10+ years progressive IT leadership experience.
  • 5+ years managing enterprise-scale service management platforms.
  • Experience leading ITSM transformation and platform modernization.
  • Strong ITIL/ITSM/SIAM knowledge and governance experience.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the enterprise ITSM platform strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
