Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in hazardous waste management (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science or related field (preferred)
• Onsite waste management experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Schedules and attends customer meetings to keep the customer updated on operations and prepares monthly activity reports
• Performs business development activities and delivers proposals as needed
• Manages projects including identifying contractors, securing permits, ensuring compliance, and coordinating production
• Responds to customer inquiries about services and directs to appropriate personnel
• Completes project billing and cost tracking as needed
• Provides technical assistance or emergency support as required
• Directs Field Chemists onsite at customer locations
• Takes on additional duties to support the team and organization

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Environmental Services Coordinator As an Environmental Services Coordinator you will be responsible for providing onsite waste management services to customers, including coordinating shipments, completing required documentation for pick-ups, an providing an excellent customer experience.

This role will also complete various lab packing tasks, complete facility inspections, sample and evaluate customer waste and provide waste minimization opportunities and establish brokering arrangements.

Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times

• Schedules and attends customer meetings to keep customer updated and aware of operations; prepares monthly reports detailing activities at customer location


• Performs business development activities; participates in presentations to prospective customers and internal leadership, delivering proposals as needed


• Completes project management initiatives including identifying contractors for site projects, securing permits, ensuring compliance and coordinating production


• Responds to customer inquiries regarding Company-provided services and directs to additional appropriate personnel as needed


• Completes project billing and cost tracking operations as needed


• Responds to inquiries requiring technical assistance or emergency support as needed


• Provides direction to Field Chemists while onsite at customer location


• Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience
